What is an API?

An API is a direct connection between your software and KTI. Your system sends evaluation answers, and KTI sends back a score, a seal level, and alerts.

Is it secure?

Access is by agreement only, with a private key for each customer. Answers are kept confidential, and results are reported by site, not by person.

How fast can a custom build launch?

Most custom evaluations need no new code. Our agreements set launch within 30 days, staff training within 45, and alerts within 60.

Can we use questions we already ask?

Yes. We align questions you already ask with our scoring, so your existing data fits the same dashboard and alerts.

What about Medicaid billing?

A Medicaid billing layer for health care providers is next on our roadmap. When it is released, it is included in API Pro and Enterprise. We never take a share of your reimbursement.
